The Stabilizer™ is designed for the treatment of TMD and provides gentle forward support of the mandible that allows for slight movement of the patients TMJ which is necessary for relaxation of the surrounding musculature.
Our products are extremely compatible with nighttime dental sleep appliances that require the jaw to remain in a secure, stable, closed position.
May be used to reduce stress in cases where it is necessary to wire a patients jaw closed, by helping to curb the urge to strain the jaw muscles against the internal restraints.
